Days 4-8

Today's Prayer- Day 8:
There are an estimated 600,000 to 800,000 children, women and men trafficked across international borders annually. Pray for the many women and children who are being trafficked this very moment to another country. Pray for the protection of Jesus around them and a miraculous rescue.

I got a little behind so I'm going to catch up in this one post. Here are the things we need to be praying for:

Day 5: Not only do the people who are being enslaved right now need prayer, but the people who are a part of the illegal industries that promote slavery also need prayer. Pray for the men and women that are working in the industry.  Jesus for an awakening among the worst offenders and that they would repent and instead become
a force for freedom.

Day 6: Pray for SlaveryFootprint.org , and then go to the website and complete it :)

Day 7: Worldwide, there are nearly two million children in the commercial sex trade. Pray specifically
for these children who are being abused, raped, and used today. Ask Jesus to bring rescue and
supernaturally restore their hearts and bodies.

Join me in praying for all of these things today.

Matthew 25:40 says, "The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me."

Here's a slavery fact for today:
EVERY MINUTE TWO CHILDREN ARE SOLD INTO SLAVERY.

do something about it:
SIGN  the IJM Petition to President Obama asking him to help fight local and global slavery.

GIVE $1 a day for 72 days. It’s that simple! Funds will go to start and sustain an academy for young
girls in Atlanta who are survivors of sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, or at-risk.

love God. love people. love the world.
